We don’t have local government recycling service in my county anymore so Recyclops has been our only option to do the right thing! That being said, they’ve impressed us with their automated reminders, helpful app, and quick service if we have questions. They are doing a great job and we’re happy to have them servicing our area of Arizona!

When we moved to our area 5 years ago, I was so disappointed we didn’t have curbside recycling. We are so happy to have Recyclops and glad they service rural areas that often don’t have any options. They make it very easy to know exactly what can and can’t be recycled and have options for weekly or bi-weekly service. I feel so much better knowing I’m recycling whatever I can!

Recyclops has been a life saver for our small community. Moving here from a big town where recycling was “normal” (every house automatically had a recycling bin and pickup) - to a smaller town where no one recycles was definitely a challenge for our family, because we refuse to add to the waste around us and are huge recycling fans. That’s why when I found recyclops I knew they were our answer. Their customer service has always been amazing. You can’t call in directly anymore, however emailing is just as easy and they are pretty quick about getting back to you. We have never had any issues and they are always a helping hand when we need them or have questions. Thank you recyclops for bringing a change to our community! It’s amazing seeing the clientele grow and changing the way things are done one household at a time.

I recommend Recylops because Wasatch County needs this service desperately with our local recyling closed to public. Recylops is reliable and their website is very user friendly. The cost is not prohibitive and it is worthwhile. Please help preserve the earth for our next generation by recyling!

Our city does not provide recycling services, so Recyclops has been a great affordable solution. When one of the franchise owners repeatedly failed to pick up recycling, Recyclops refunded our payments and took over pickups again to restore reliable service. No issues since then!

I want to do right for the environment and Recyclops makes it easy to do that. I feel as if I am doing something which is better than nothing. I want more people to do their part. I have had really good experiences with the customer services. My team pickups every other Monday. I missed a regular Monday pickup because I was out of town and I knew I would miss the next regular Monday pickup. So I called them. And they made a special pickup just for me. Wow!! Who else would do that!! I highly recommend Recyclops!!

Signed up at a football game and have been using Recyclops for over a year. I love the reminder emails the night before and the tracker to see how close they are to pickup. Great customer service and they give a yearly allotment of bags!

Our city stopped making recycling available a couple years ago. Several months ago we joined Recyclops. They pick up our recycling curbside every two weeks. They communicate about every aspect of billing and pickup. I highly recommend this company!

I use it myself when staying here and the service is available for guests when the home is being rented. Have only had positive experiences with Recyclops. We do not have regular pick up in my city so it saves me a lot of time since I don't have to manually take loads to the transfer station myself.

When we had a serious problem with our local pickup provider, Recyclops got right on it and changed the provider. When the new provider had trouble finding the alley where we leave our recycling, Recyclops got right on directing them where to go. When we wanted to change our billing cycle, Recyclops got right on accommodating meeting our wishes. They have been great in every way!

I love that Recyclops comes right to our house to collect our recyclable items. No need to take them to a drop-off point! So convenient and such a truly worthy cause!

When my city cancelled recycling, I was so bummed. Truly to make twice as much recycling in a week than I do trash and I couldn’t bear the idea of all that going into a landfill and I was not looking forward to the hassle of toting it around in my car to a recycling center on a regular basis. The pick-up service provided by Recyclops has helped me realize my vision of educating my family and attain our waste diversion goals in the household. I’m grateful for the impact they make and have helped me make! My mother first taught me the importance of proper recycling technique years ago; since then it has been a goal of mine to instill the same level of recycling care to my daughters and their children. I stress weekly to my grandchildren that recycling gets more and more important with each generation. My son-in-law used to work for a recycling & waste diversion group and he has helped me figure out ways to make recycling more deliberate and efficient in our home! Recyclops convenient on-site pick up has saved a lot of my time, no longer having to drive to (the now closed) local recycling drop off or sorting through every piece. Recyclops Rocks and takes care of it all!

I can't recommend Recyclops enough!! I used to use Terracycle for my plastic bag recycling and spent hundreds of dollars buying their boxes. This is such a better solution for us (and doesn't result in months of bags piling up in my closet). I think what they accept varies by area, but at least for me in Salt Lake City, Utah... they accept plastic bags, batteries, lightbulbs, styrofoam, and clothes (and I believe those are used to help fundraise for a non-profit food pantry, which is really rad). It's really convenient, you just put a tin box on your porch overnight or in the morning & someone picks it up. I've never had issues with pickups. An email goes out that lets you know when they'll be there & they've always been on time. I see some complaints on here about customer service. I myself haven't had any issues, they are always prompt and really personable and answer my excessive questions. It feels unlikely that our governments will ever offer such comprehensive recycling programs, so I am really grateful that Recyclops fills that void!!

We’re a military family and leaving a country that is huge on recycling and coming back stateside to a town that doesn’t have a city recycling program was so weird. I was so happy to find out about Recyclops and that they serviced the area. We’ve been with Recyclops for a little over 2 years now. We’re getting ready to move again and our new duty station has a city program but knowing if they didn’t have one I’m sure Recyclops would be there and we would gladly stay customers. They pick up your recyclables every other week. For me, the price is reasonable compared to making trips to remote recycling centers. Do a bit of research, and you'll find that they're actually processing the material. Worth it.

I've used Recyclops since they assumed the recycling in Sierra Vista. I mainly recycle plastic and cardboard. Cuts my landfill trash by half. They are prompt, efficient, and send multiple reminders of pickup and changes in schedule. Love, love, love!!!

I love having my recycling services back since the city cut it out due to it “not being profitable.” My trash has been cut in half because I recycle a lot!! Their customer service is very responsive. Thanks for providing a great service at a reasonable price!

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. It's important for the wellbeing of our planet, and although recycling is the last of those options, it's a vital one. Recyclops makes that possible in Payson, and they are a good company that is prompt in their communication and service. Highly recommend.

Recyclops is a great! They provide services where no one else could. They also go above and beyond to make sure the are responsive to customers. I have lived in several places where the garbage or recycling service would occasionally miss our house. They would say nothing and we had no recourse to have our trash and recycling picked up except to wait for the next week. With Recyclops, when I noticed that they had not picked up my recycling in the morning like normal, I was able to let them know and come pick it up later that day. I noticed the employee had gone out of his way to make the pick up. Incredible service!

Since we don't have a city option, it's great that Recyclops is available to people in Beaumont, TX. "In 2022 alone, they recycled approximately 6,720,000 lbs. of materials including cardboard, aluminum, plastic and glass." We can do better, Beaumont.

Been waiting for my first pickup for about a month now. Looking forward to the Spring Cleanup recycling session!
