We have been using Recyclops for 4 years and have been really happy with the quality and consistency of the services. We have recommended to several neighbors and are so happy to see more “little robot” stickered trash cans popping up along our street! Having recycling pickup at our home makes it easy for our 9-year-old son to participate regularly in the practice of recycling; we’ve incorporated it into his weekly chores! We especially love that glass and box pick-up is included—so convenient! When we had a serious problem with our local pickup provider, Recyclops got right on it and changed the provider. When the new provider had trouble finding the alley where we leave our recycling, Recyclops got right on directing them where to go. When we wanted to change our billing cycle, Recyclops got right on accommodating meeting our wishes. They have been great in every way!

When my city cancelled recycling, I was so bummed. Truly to make twice as much recycling in a week than I do trash and I couldn’t bear the idea of all that going into a landfill and I was not looking forward to the hassle of toting it around in my car to a recycling center on a regular basis. Recycling is one of the ways we are trying to reduce our footprint on the planet. Rcyclops does a great job and provides several options for pickup. It is easy to use the bags they provide. The only thing needed to be separated is the glass, everything else goes in one bag. I highly recommend their company for your recycling.

Our city stopped making recycling available a couple years ago. Several months ago we joined Recyclops. They pick up our recycling curbside every two weeks. They communicate about every aspect of billing and pickup. I highly recommend this company!

Recyclops has been a great service for us to have and they make it very easy for us to bag and leave for them. There really isn't much real effort on our part other than to tie the bag together and leave on the street on pick-up day.

Recyclops has been a life saver for our small community. Moving here from a big town where recycling was “normal” (every house automatically had a recycling bin and pickup) - to a smaller town where no one recycles was definitely a challenge for our family, because we refuse to add to the waste around us and are huge recycling fans. That’s why when I found recyclops I knew they were our answer. Their customer service has always been amazing. You can’t call in directly anymore, however emailing is just as easy and they are pretty quick about getting back to you. We have never had any issues and they are always a helping hand when we need them or have questions. Thank you recyclops for bringing a change to our community! I’ve never had any issues with service other than the pickup comes at varying times of day. The only time this caused me to miss pickup, customer service was generous enough to arrange another pickup the next day even though it was outside my schedule.

I have been using Recyclops for a couple years now and highly recommend! I’m big on recycling but rarely have time to take the items myself. So I love that Recyclops comes every week and you don’t have to sort your items! They have never missed a pickup and I love the emails saying when they have come by. I have more stuff I can recycle than I trash. I just think about how much I save from going into the landfills. Many items are out of our control when it comes to things headed to the landfill. We don’t have local government recycling service in my county anymore so Recyclops has been our only option to do the right thing! That being said, they’ve impressed us with their automated reminders, helpful app, and quick service if we have questions. They are doing a great job and we’re happy to have them servicing our area of Arizona!

Recyclops is a great! They provide services where no one else could. They also go above and beyond to make sure the are responsive to customers. I have lived in several places where the garbage or recycling service would occasionally miss our house. They would say nothing and we had no recourse to have our trash and recycling picked up except to wait for the next week. With Recyclops, when I noticed that they had not picked up my recycling in the morning like normal, I was able to let them know and come pick it up later that day. I noticed the employee had gone out of his way to make the pick up. Incredible service!

I could not believe it when my city stopped recycling, and I had to start taking my recycling quite a distance away. I was excited to hear that Recyclops was starting in my city! I have been very pleased with the work they do. The pick-up service provided by Recyclops has helped me realize my vision of educating my family and attain our waste diversion goals in the household. I’m grateful for the impact they make and have helped me make! My mother first taught me the importance of proper recycling technique years ago; since then it has been a goal of mine to instill the same level of recycling care to my daughters and their children. I stress weekly to my grandchildren that recycling gets more and more important with each generation. My son-in-law used to work for a recycling & waste diversion group and he has helped me figure out ways to make recycling more deliberate and efficient in our home! Recyclops convenient on-site pick up has saved a lot of my time, no longer having to drive to (the now closed) local recycling drop off or sorting through every piece. Since we don't have a city option, it's great that Recyclops is available to people in Beaumont, TX. "In 2022 alone, they recycled approximately 6,720,000 lbs. of materials including cardboard, aluminum, plastic and glass." We can do better, Beaumont.

Our city does not provide recycling services, so Recyclops has been a great affordable solution. When one of the franchise owners repeatedly failed to pick up recycling, Recyclops refunded our payments and took over pickups again to restore reliable service. No issues since then!

Recyclops truly came to the rescue here when the town council decided to end the recycling program because it wasn’t “profitable.” I’m grateful that we still have the option of recycling pickup thanks to their outstanding service!

Having lived near the area landfill for over 30 years, I have been convicted to contribute as little to "Trash Mountain" as possible. So, we began to separate recyclable items from tin & cardboard all the way up to electronics from what we send to the landfill a long time ago. However, trips to the recycling center became time consuming. That is when we found Recyclops: a small business with great customer service, friendly owners & workers, great communication, and a cute little cyclops who reminds us weekly that Recyclops is on the way. The price has been kept reasonable and I am happy to partner with Recyclops to keep our town as sustainable as possible in a fast-growing county of consumers. You should give them a try!
